Todo ello está recogido en su plan estratégico para los próximos tres años, denominado Plan Marte 2025, que tiene como objetivo afianzar la presencia internacional de Babel como consultora tecnológica de primer nivel y competir entre los grandes jugadores del sector en aquellos países en los que está presente. La hoja de ruta prevé alcanzar unos ingresos de 300 millones de euros con un EBITDA de 30 millones, y conseguirlo gracias a su tradicional crecimiento orgánico, combinándolo con la adquisición estratégica de nuevas compañías, acompañados por el fondo de inversión Aurica. Como consecuencia de las cifras anteriores deberán alcanzar una plantilla de aproximadamente 5.000 profesionales.

Madrid, 19 de enero de 2023. Babel, multinacional española especializada en soluciones y servicios de transformación digital, anuncia sus resultados del ejercicio 2022, que alcanzan la cifra de 142 millones de euros, con un porcentaje de EBITDA sobre ventas por encima del 11% y un incremento de plantilla que alcanza los 2.800 profesionales. En 2022 Babel ha cerrado una operación inorgánica internacional que ha aportado 400 nuevos profesionales y presencia en 9 nuevos países. En tres años la consultora ha pasado de 800 profesionales en plantilla a 2.800, de los que más de 600 están en Latinoamérica. La cifra de facturación con la que cerró el ejercicio 2021 fue de 104 millones de euros, por lo que el crecimiento ha sido de aproximadamente un 40%.

El año 2022 ha estado marcado de nuevo por el éxito en Babel, que en los últimos años está experimentando un continuo crecimiento tanto en facturación como en empleados. Gran parte de este éxito se debe a la apuesta de la compañía por ofrecer servicios relacionados con Big Data y Analytics, Ciberseguridad, Inteligencia artificial, hiperautomatización y robotización de procesos, que están suponiendo cada vez un mayor porcentaje sobre la facturación total y una excelente fuente de rentabilidad. Cada año lleva a cabo una importante inversión en innovación tecnológica, lo que le permite estar siempre por delante en el mercado en tecnologías de nueva generación.

Para 2023 Babel tiene previsto seguir en la senda del crecimiento rentable y la expansión internacional, con el objetivo de alcanzar una cifra de negocio de 170 millones de euros de crecimiento orgánico, manteniendo un porcentaje de EBITDA igual o superior al 10% sobre la cifra de negocio, así como la realización de una o dos nuevas operaciones inorgánicas en Europa y/o en Latinoamérica. También seguirá incrementando su plantilla superando la cifra de 3.500 profesionales de alta cualificación.
